SMJ08207 Marketing
The Marketing sub-major focuses on developing an understanding of markets, identifying needs and solutions to problems. Starting with an understanding of Marketing established in Marketing Management and Buyer Behaviour, students can then choose from a wide choice of subjects to build their Marketing expertise. The sub-major explores issues relating to the management of effective, ethical, sustainable marketing strategies, marketing mix plans, digital marketing, and tactics for-profit and non-profit organisations. This can be used across various types of industries, by integrating issues relating to the understanding of customer behaviour in both online and traditional businesses and on the application of such understanding to marketing practice.
