SMJ08109 Management Consulting

This sub-major enables students to acquire a critical and theoretical knowledge of the perspectives and approaches to management consulting both nationally and internationally. Students have the opportunity to develop an understanding of a range of emerging fields of interest in management consulting including knowledge management, sustainable enterprise and innovation.

Students undertaking the Management Consulting sub-major with the following major or sub-majors will need to substitute an alternative subject(s):

  • MAJ08442 International Business students must substitute alternative subjects from SMJ08109 option list in place of 21510 Introduction to Strategy and 21511 Global Operations and Supply Chain Management,
  • SMJ08130 Management students must substitute an alternative subject from SMJ08130 option list in place of 21510 Introduction to Strategy,
  • SMJ08219 Sustainable Enterprise students must substitute an alternative subject from SMJ08109 option list in place of 21510 Introduction to Strategy.
