SMJ08219 Sustainable Enterprise
The Sustainable Enterprise sub-major helps develop in students: a range of interdisciplinary skills and understandings necessary to enable critical engagement with sustainability issues in practice; an understanding of complex systems; and the ability to evaluate and assist in implementing novel solutions relevant to the problems organisations face in addressing sustainably. The sub-major complements the discipline-specific knowledge students gain in their major.
Students undertaking the Sustainable Enterprise sub-major with the following majors or sub-majors will need to substitute an alternative subject(s):
- MAJ08442 International Business students must substitute an alternative subject from MAJ08442 option list in place of 21510 Introduction to Strategy,
- MAJ08438 Management students must substitute alternative subjects from MAJ08438 option list in place of 21510 Introduction to Strategy and 21513 Business Ethics and Sustainability.
- MAJ08046 Extended Management students may substitute up to two alternative Management subjects in place of 21510 Introduction to Strategy and 21513 Business Ethics and Sustainability in MAJ08046 option list,
- SMJ08130 Management students must substitute an alternative subject from SMJ08130 option list in place of 21510 Introduction to Strategy,
- SMJ08109 Management Consulting students must substitute an alternative subject from SMJ08109 option list in place of 21510 Introduction to Strategy.
