SMJ10103 Project Leadership
The Project Leadership sub major has been specifically designed to introduce the breadth of skills needed for successfully leading at the interface between engineering, technology and management. It is an opportunity for engineers, technical specialists and non-technical professionals to build their managerial skills and integrate their business and technical knowledge. The coursework introduces contemporary professional, societal and environmental contexts of projects and develops a range of management capabilities for effective leadership.
