This sub-major provides practice-based knowledge, skills and tools to manage the delivery of different types and sizes of projects and programs across all industry sectors. The subjects specifically develop an understanding of the principles of project management; systems thinking; project complexity; program management; governance and leadership of projects; and project management methodologies.
