UTS: Transdisciplinary Innovation
Bachelor of Creative Intelligence and Innovation
TD School offers the Bachelor of Creative Intelligence and Innovation (BCII) degree that can only be undertaken in conjunction with a core professional degree. The combined courses focus on the high-level conceptual thinking and problem-solving practices which lead to the development of innovative, creative and entrepreneurial outcomes. Taking a transdisciplinary approach, students utilise multiple perspectives from diverse fields. Studying within an extended academic year (through July and Summer sessions) and a final capstone year of BCII studies, students can complete the combined degrees, taking one year longer than for the single professional degree. Currently the BCII is offered in 27 courses across seven faculties/schools.
