Description

This subject builds on 94710 Creative Methods and Practices PM) / Creative Catalyser (CIC). Students take the design of a staged creative experiment and apply it in a collaborative, workplace setting. The experiment is supported through 3 tutorial workshops building skills in iterative feedback and refinement. The experiment is documented using creative journaling techniques and evaluated as a multimodal, reflection designed to seed continuous engagement.

3.3 Create and execute experimental projects that integrate approaches from a range of disciplines and fields of practice to evaluate the strategic potential of proposals

3.4 Engage with diverse worldviews and exercise ethical judgement in evaluating the impact of innovation on stakeholders, communities and the environment

4.1 Investigate and analyse the conditions required to develop the collective capacity within or between organisations, across sectors and/or internationally to respond to complex global challenges

4.2Interpret, integrate and advocate for various perspectives to persuade and influence relevant stakeholders to mobilise organisational or societal transformation

4.3 Generate strategies for nurturing new practices, paradigms and professions and propose pathways to change that sustain innovation potential within organization(s)

Teaching and learning strategies

This is a subject is immersive, applied and implemented by participants in applied, workplace contexts. It is self-paced and supported at regular intervals through workshops providing peer and academic feedback.

Minimum requirements

Participants must attempt the Reflective journal assessment task and achieve an overall pass mark in order to pass this subject.
