Description
The capstone subject provides an opportunity for students to put the skills learned in their core subjects into practice. Utilising real-world data and challenges, students will identify business problems and stakeholders. Students will collect information from stakeholders, present a business case for analysing information considering ethical, social, and sustainable issues, analyse information and communicate the preliminary findings efficiently to stakeholders. It further develops the theoretical foundations underpinning business analytics as well as increasing students’ ability to apply specific analytical techniques, tools and technologies to support business decision making. On successful completion of this subject, students are able to plan, manage, execute and present a business data analytics challenge and solution to business stakeholders.
