Description

This course is designed for health and social care professionals seeking to understand the role of health data in decision-making. It equips students with the foundational skills to comprehend and ensure the quality and integrity of health data, without the aim of becoming data analysts or scientists.

Students learn to explore and manipulate realistic patient data for both managerial and clinical insights.

Students emerge with the ability to apply health data analysis to their leadership and management roles, preparing them for current and future challenges in the health and social care sectors. Learning is facilitated through guest lectures, industry expertise, and real-world scenarios, linking theory to practice and other subjects within the Master of Health Services Management (MHSM) framework.
