This subject introduces the methodologies with which students can either compromise corporate host and cyber security, or harden corporate computer and network defences. The techniques focus on data analytics in the context of cyber security. Students evaluate, classify, and test the levels of security in a corporate network by considering the effectiveness of existing security countermeasures and proposing approaches and methods for incident response.
