Students examine a range of effective and engaging teaching and learning strategies along with key change theories and implementation strategies. In doing so, they identify key characteristics and skills required to lead and manage change and transition, to empower colleagues to actively engage in the spirit of inquiry, teaching and learning and create a culture of educational excellence.
