The Business Administration sub-major is suitable for students from business and non-business backgrounds who seek to develop skills needed to be prepared for the changing nature of work. The sub-major facilitates understanding of a range of management practices, contexts, influences and skills with a focus on equipping students to apply these skills to drive transformational change in large private, public and non-profit organisations as well as in SMEs.
