This studio centres on assisting participants to identify important problems and validate possible opportunities and markets. Students are supported in developing the mentality and practices required of intrapreneurial or entrepreneurial initiatives. Participants combine creative practices, user-centred design, research and personal reflections to identify opportunities which create value for multiple types of stakeholders and customers while enacting their own personal values and passions. They propose solutions that address an opportunity and then test those proposals through key stakeholder or customer research as well as pretotyping, provotyping and prototyping.
