Description

This subject enables students to conceptualise, develop and defend a research theisis on an original problem of a theoretical or applied nature in finance.

Upon successful completion of this subject students should be able to:

The Bachelor of Business (Honours) program provides an opportunity for advanced study in the disciplinary area of finance. This subject will enable students to design a thesis proposal. Students will be guided by their supervisor in reading existing literature and developing a feasible and original theoretical or applied problem to be researched in the subject Thesis in Finance (Honours).

Teaching and learning strategies

This subject is offered as self-directed study with research supervision.
Students meet regularly with thesis supervisor over the semester to review proposal development.
