Description
In this subject, students further develop their skills in listening, speaking, reading and writing in German, as well as developing a deeper understanding of the various cultures of German-speaking countries.
By the end of the subject, students are expected to have achieved the communicative competence required to satisfy more complex social and professional needs in speaking, listening, reading and writing, and developed an awareness of the various social and cultural contexts in which the German language is used. Students develop the ability to understand the general content of magazine and newspaper articles.
This subject corresponds to Level A2+ (basic user) of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (Council of Europe).
