Description

Students develop advanced theoretical and empirical knowledge in selected psychology subfields. Students collaborate effectively within a group to critically evaluate key theories and empirical evidence in a psychology subfield, and to provide an engaging and professional presentation of their findings. This lays the groundwork for crafting an individual research proposal that applies psychological principles to address an issue of global concern (e.g., poverty, health, migration, human rights, international conflict, sustainability). Students are required to justify ethical principles in research, practice, and everyday life, and in doing so demonstrate advanced knowledge of replicability, open science, and research transparency.
