This subject is tailored specifically for the professional learning and development needs of an organisation, school or team in collectively identifying, framing and addressing a challenge or opportunity in their professional context in collaboration with researchers. Through taking a transdisciplinary learning approach, participants and researchers work together to shape an educational initiative that tackles that challenge. As a creative collective, participants are supported by inquiry methods to gain new insights into their proposals, with findings informing subsequent developments and decisions.

This studio can also be potentially coupled with research commissioned by the participating organisation, school or community once the initiative emerging from this studio goes into realisation, with the intention of this studio’s participants and researchers shaping the research questions and research design together.
