This subject introduces transdisciplinary practices that bring together perspectives and knowledge from different fields, disciplines and stakeholders to innovate and address complex societal challenges. Participants engage with a range of seminal ideas about transdisciplinary learning and change, helping them to recognise learning in these complex dynamic systems and consider how to enable collective learning to thrive. The subject supports participants to develop and begin to use models they form about transdisciplinary learning with sensitivity and creativity in their professional practice.
