Description
In this core subject, participants are introduced to thinking about their professional work (and that of others) in terms of practices, interrogating patterns and assumptions guiding everyday work activities. Looking through the lens of practices creates a different way of understanding organisations, beyond the processes and structures, as professional networks and ecosystems. Building on an understanding of how practices cohere and evolve, participants conceptualise new practice configurations and speculate about their implications.
