Description

This subject examines health from a community perspective and provides students with exemplary examples. The focus of the examples is on Indigenous communities, both national and international, where programs and community involvement have resulted in improved health outcomes. Students examine the barriers and enablers to supporting communities in making a difference in health outcomes and appraise their local community in relation to these.
