Description
This subject provides students with the knowledge and skills necessary to understand the biomechanical and physiological requirements of sport and aquatics. Competence is required in various sport activities (including team sports, individual techniques and strategy) and aquatics (including strokes, dive entry, aqua aerobics and water polo). This subject is designed for students completing the Health and Physical Education major.
