Description
This subject provides students with the knowledge and skills necessary to understand the development of human physical capacities such as strength, power, flexibility and cardiorespiratory fitness. Competence is required in a range of dance activities (including social, dancesport, progressive dances and music interpretation) and athletics (including track and field, physiology, biomechanics and psychology). This subject is designed for students completing the Health and Physical Education major.
