This information is provided in the context of how the commonly seen disorder affects healthy structure and function, and so reinforces basic anatomy and physiology previously studied. Students learn the knowledge in a clinical practice-oriented mode. Topics include immunology, nutrition, endocrine, gastrointestinal, respiratory, cardiovascular, renal and body fluid, nervous, musculoskeletal and reproductive disorders.
