6cp; intensive 10-day block on campus: 1hr lecture, 2hr tutorial, 2hr film screening/critique



This subject explores the way that fashion is produced and disseminated in media formats such as film, the internet, advertising and magazines. It looks at the rise of the fashion blog and fashion film and how these mediums have changed the structure of contemporary fashion. Students look at the emergence of bloggers as the new fashion elite and how representations of fashion have changed in the 21st century.
