Description
This microcredential-aligned subject offers practical, multi-disciplinary perspectives on the delivery of major infrastructure projects. A key focus is on management of project risk and methods of achieving this through effective risk distribution and contract drafting. Participants have the opportunity to see these projects from the perspective of disciplines other than their own. They learn about key legal and construction concepts and terminology. This aims to facilitate more effective communication between the many disciplines involved in major infrastructure projects and the avoidance of misunderstandings in drafting and performance of contracts.
