Description

This subject provides students with the opportunity to enhance their scientific perspective and worldview through international engagement. Students complete either an intensive course of study with an international UTS partner organisation, or undertake an overseas internship experience in an approved program.

The international program covers both in-person experiences, where students are required to travel to the overseas location, and virtual experiences, where they work with an international partner through an online course or internship. In either case students apply and enhance both their scientific skills and cross-cultural knowledge and experience.

Students must be accepted into an approved international program such as UTS Global Short Programs and other pre-approved faculty-led international activities before enrolling and provide evidence of their acceptance or enrolment into the proposed partner scheme.
