This subject is designed to enhance and broaden the experiential learning students gain from their internship. This is achieved through regularly reflecting on workplace experiences as well as regularly documenting formative experiences in various aspects of engineering practice that demonstrate growth in understanding and capability. The documentation developed by each student during this subject is of further value to them in the following subject, 41038 Professional Practice Reflection 1 (PPR1).
