26812 Navigating Managerial Dilemmas

Organisations operate in complex contexts characterized by multiple stakeholder needs, interests and values. In these contexts, organisational leaders have to navigate various dilemmas. This subject builds upon relevant ethical and philosophical foundations to cultivate students' moral-ethical responsibility and assists them to discover ways to apply moral reasoning approaches to address moral-ethical dilemmas. Students will reflect on how leaders' and managers' decisions and actions impact stakeholders' in a number of contexts. The subject will develop their capability to guide others to meet collective responsibility.
