Description
This subject provides an understanding of the different ways of financing a startup company, from the perspective of an entrepreneur. It covers all the stages of a startup, from idea conception and initial funding, to seed funding and exiting. Specific topics include entrepreneurship business structures, sources of capital (bootstrapping, angel investors, grants, private equity and venture capital), accelerators and incubators, financing scaling, and exiting options.
