This capstone subject synthesises and applies prior learning to policy analysis. It focuses on lessons learnt from the successful application of market design principles in the field, including examples of policies in effect and their theoretical and behavioural grounds. It promotes an understanding of how institutional rules and incentives shape economic outcomes and how to analyse an applied problem.
