This subject focuses on self-leadership. It provides students with concepts, examples and diagnostic tools aimed at helping students improve their self-awareness, reflect on their current leadership skills and style and their leadership purpose, values and aspirations moving forward. It introduces students to the concept of contemporary leadership and addresses the important role of emotional intelligence, along with the moral dimensions and responsibilities of leadership as they translate into tangible leadership practice.
