Description
This subject focuses on managing the delivery of a construction project. The subject uses the preparation of a construction management plan for a real project on behalf of a client including design management, preparation of tender documents, bid preparation, bid and bidder evaluation and recommendation of bidder selection to the client. The subject focuses on integration management of construction projects from an interdisciplinary perspective.
