Description
The subject provides students with an in-depth understanding of property management principles, issues and processes and the lease administration of commercial and retail property. Property management plays an important role in all stages of a commercial performance, both prior to and after the disposal of the development. Property managers are responsible for generating and monitoring of income, and their role has evolved into a diverse and complex one that requires technical understanding of industry practices and the relevant legislation that governs it.
