This subject provides students with an overview of various theories and approaches to organisational learning. Using these theories and approaches, the subject critically examines organisational learning practices in various sectors and critically evaluates the impact of contextual factors, such as gender, power and culture. The future of organisational learning in the context of economic, social, demographic and technological change is also examined.
