010058 Reflective Academic Practice



In this capstone subject participants review the learning experiences related to the work completed for each subject in the course. Participants curate a course portfolio in which they demonstrate their development of capabilities against course outcomes and growth in their understanding of the higher education working environment. They use criteria aligned with academic benchmarks, probation and promotion to structure their reflections on academic career opportunities that exist in their specific role. At the end of the subject participants have a better understanding of their learning goals as they relate to their academic career, their future ambitions as an academic and their potential for engaging in a life-time of learning.
