SMJ10116 Leading Learning and Innovation

The Leading Learning and Innovation sub major is for professionals wishing to enhance their practice and future career opportunities by designing, implementing and evaluating educational programs, policies and strategies. It focuses on leading and sustaining change and innovation with students having opportunities to engage with and apply these ideas to engage with leaders of learning, evaluate learning and develop and lead an innovative project in their own professional context or a community setting. Students from diverse work backgrounds benefit from interaction with peers from a range of industry contexts, while focusing their work on issues relevant to them and their practice. Students can tailor their learning outcomes and assessments to their own workplace practice and career development.
