SMJ10105 Systems Management
The Systems Management sub major equips students with a systems thinking mindset and tool kit for systems design, risk assessment and management of complex systems over their uuseful life. This sub major introduces the basic concepts of complex systems theory and systems thinking, innovation and technology management and provides students with the fundamental theoretical and practical knowledge to analyse and design innovation processes and risk evaluation. In delivering projects, students evaluate and apply diverse quantitative and qualitative tools to understand and address the complexity and interplay of different components of complex systems.
