This is an exit-only qualification.
Students enrolled in the Master of Genetic Counselling (C04374) can apply to transfer into this exit-only course after completing 48 credit points of specified study and gain a graduate diploma qualification.

Students who exit the Master of Genetic Counselling (<a href="https://coursehandbook.uts.edu.au/course/current/c04374">C04374</a>) with a Graduate Diploma in Genetic Counselling are not eligible to be listed on the HGSA register of genetic counsellors or to undertake certification as a genetic counsellor.
