Students enrolled in the Master of Genetic Counselling (C04374) can apply to transfer into this exit-only course after completing 48 credit points of specified study and gain a graduate diploma qualification.
Course intended learning outcomes
1.1 | Support the provision of evidence-based genetic and genomic health care to practice. |
1.2 | Apply professional self-awareness through self-reflection to their work. |
2.1 | Critically evaluate professional practices related to genetic counselling and apply professional capabilities including relationship building, communication and reflective practice to work effectively with and for Indigenous Australians. |
