Description

This studio operates in tandem with 89141 Perception Space Materials: Research and Conceptualisation, allowing students to test and interrogate their ideas through a series of design projects. Students are exposed to professionals in the field to develop their ideas and realisation. This allows for the integration of professional practices in areas such as modelling, high-level conceptualisation and creative thinking, and experimental spatial construction to be part of a student's frame of reference. Students are challenged to engage with these new processes in a rigorous and professional manner.

Projects are particular to each year, carefully curated and coordinated to ensure their relationship and value to students' final projects in session 2.
