Description

Participants develop experimental projects to explore strategies to bridge the gap

between their organisation’s current paradigm and the identified desired future state.

This includes setting a strategic challenge, engaging in considered process of

innovation, as well as proposing the network/environment within and around the

organisation that serves as a context for the experimental projects.
