Description

This subject provides students with the opportunity to complete an internship with a technology, production, research or innovation/transformation focus. Students are encouraged to analyse the capabilities needed for a technological innovation-oriented workplace and create opportunities to develop these while working on live briefs, challenges and tasks. Students work with industry mentors to test ideas in practice, evaluate their assumptions in professional settings and to begin to chart their future career trajectories. During the internship, students also gain insights into the DNA of the host organisation, including its people, products and strategic objectives.
