6cp
Requisite(s): 89107c Service Design: Communication
The lower case 'c' after the subject code indicates that the subject is a corequisite. See definitions for details.

Description

In this studio, students learn how to ensure their service designs get realised. A design for service implementation is a crucial but underdeveloped aspect of service designing. Students learn to develop protocols and techniques for clients or partners to carry service designs through to fruition, including the evaluation of the service. Often, this means service designers embedding themselves with their clients in organisations to make sure the design gets realised.
