Description

This subject allows students to pursue further studies in their area of professional and/or scholarly interest in the field of communication management. Students further develop their critical and analytical skills in communication management appropriate to working in consultancy and advanced management roles, extend and deepen their conceptual understandings of communication management, and develop competencies in research and theory building. The body of work undertaken may include an internship or critical production or a small independent research project and a reflective journal. The project enables students to link their professional work to the theories and skills covered in modules undertaken during the subject. The reflective journal provides a framework for developing the ability to reflect critically on practice through the application of different models of reflection.
