Description
In this subject students apply their learning in practice. Workplace projects and problems provide a context in which theoretical knowledge and skills must be selected, applied and the consequences of application used to extend the student's understanding. Additionally some theoretical knowledge, particularly problem-solving and critical thinking, should be used to address novel problems and situations in order to produce sound useful outcomes.
Students are expected to perform a number of work assignments so that they have the opportunity to apply a range of knowledge and skills to a range of problems and projects.
