21632 Business Strategy and Scenario Planning

The aim of this subject is to provide students with the competencies and skills necessary for designing business models and managing the strategic business planning process in a highly competitive environment. Students should then be able to understand, communicate and materially contribute to the business and strategic planning process in an organisation. The objective of this subject is to give students an understanding of the contemporary business environment, and how business modelling, competitive intelligence and scenario analysis informs the strategic planning and decision-making processes that influence the performance of organisations.
