Description

This subject aims to explore key concepts and develop relevant techniques necessary to understand and practice project management from a time and cost perspective. For the time management component, this subject includes the definition of project activities, estimating the duration and resources of activities, developing, controlling and optimising a project schedule, as well as the planning of project resources. In the cost management component, topics include feasibility analysis, cost estimation, and the management and control the project budget. Students work independently and in small groups on a range of assessment tasks.
