Description

This subject explores key concepts and develops relevant techniques necessary to understand and practice project management from a time and cost perspective. For the time management component, this includes the definition of project activities, estimating the duration of tasks and activities, developing and controlling a schedule, as well as the planning of project resources. In the cost management component, topics such as feasibility analyses, cost estimating, and how to manage and control the project budget are discussed. Students work independently and in small groups on a range of assessment tasks.
